Hearing Aides

Before I placed my order I saw point where these aides helped some people with tinnitus, they have not helped mine at all maybe worse, I dug into the little Manuel that came in the box and found a statement that basically said these aides should not be used by people with tinnitus, so I will need a return label. In addition I found the app was not great and continually disconnected and the normal setting simply didn’t work for me and when disconnected did not work with phone calls or music.With all that said I must say I still rate them a four
because all the other functions worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately I find I need to return them. Thank you for understanding but the tinnitus issue is important part needing correction. Thanks again.
